Bush Construction continues to be a market-leader with our commitment to providing a safe working environment for employees and individuals on or near our project sites.

Our goal is for every worker to leave the jobsite as healthy and able as they were when they arrived.

We accomplish this through our accident prevention and safety programs. Our high standard of safety is given top priority at all times.

  • We staff each project site with an experienced manager that will not “look the other way” and is willing to confront individuals that appear to be taking unnecessary risks.
  • We conduct pre-planning safety meetings before significant or complex site activities take place.
  • We consider ourselves the “Safety Ally” of our workforce on project sites.
  • We provide on-going safety training and have an extensive written policy on safety procedures.

Our safety procedures are considered minimum requirements. There will be times when these requirements can and should be exceeded. Each of our employees is fully aware of his or her responsibility regarding our safety standards and our commitment to an accident-free workplace.

What people are saying

"The knowledge and experience of your project managers and field superintendents is second to none, and their planning allows everyone on the team the chance to succeed."
