This four-story student residence holds 204 beds and features both apartment units and dormitory style housing. Recycled content was used in the building products and an analysis was performed to determine the best energy-saving innovations to incorporate into the project. These innovations include energy-efficient windows, low-flow toilets, high-efficiency boilers, low-volume showerheads, increased lighting control with motion sensors, and a high-efficiency chiller on the rooftop.
