Design-Build Delivery Method
In this delivery method, our clients benefit from having a single point of responsibility from project inception to project completion. This ensures issues are resolved within the Design-Build team. This “more collaborative” approach to projects often results in lower design cost and shortened design duration. Although this delivery method is the most difficult for most contractors to manage, our top-shelf project management and field supervision make this delivery method possible, resulting in a win-win for everyone.
Construction Management (Agency) Delivery Method
For a significant or particularly complex project, owners often select the Construction Management (CM) delivery method. This delivery method is specifically popular on publicly funded projects when Design-Build delivery is not a viable option. Hiring the CM at the same time as the Architect benefits the owner with more reliable cost and schedule feedback throughout the preconstruction phase. CM delivery can only be successful for a project when a CM is hired who is willing to assign experienced project and field management staff committed to responsive, thorough, and timely management.
General Contractor Delivery Method
This more traditional delivery method is what most people think of when considering commercial building contracting. We have earned experience in this method and offer it to clients.
LEED/Green Building/Sustainable Construction
With in-house LEED Accredited expertise, we are able to help our clients achieve their sustainable design/construction goals. Sustainable construction may not be critical to every client but it is a value-added service we can provide when needed.
